Sentience at Summerhall

Video of the final installation (check Vimeo for the HD playback)

Thanks to the generosity of people working at Summerhall I was able to put the exhibition up once again for the weekend of 26-27 September. Pete Searle, the best light tech I know helped me on this occasion, just as he did with the opening.

To recreate the original setup we went for two large-scale projections of horizontal and vertical images from the book, accompanied by the wall display of four pairs of photographs. The soundtrack played in the background. This created an immersive experience that one of the guests described as 'meditative', which sounds quite correct...

Here are a few photographs documenting the preparations.

On Sunday I have packed everything and the exhibition is no more. If you missed it, have a look at the video at the beginning of the post.
